- 2 cups blanched almond flour not almond meal
- ¼ cup golden flaxmeal
- ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 5 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the cornmeal, flaxmeal, celtic sea salt, baking soda, and eggs.
Add the apple cider vinegar and stir until well combined.
Pour the batter into an 8x8 inch baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
