Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups blanched almond flour not almond meal
  • ¼ cup golden flaxmeal
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cornmeal, flaxmeal, celtic sea salt, baking soda, and eggs.
  • Add the apple cider vinegar and stir until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into an 8x8 inch baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
